A typical message uses about 4 credits and creating a mentor about 50. Message counts are estimates: a long message uses more credits than a short one. Buy any amount of extra credits from €15; spend €100 or more and get 10% extra credits. Extra credits never expire.
VAT. Prices are shown without VAT. At checkout, you see the total for your country before you pay. For example, €12 is €14.40 including VAT in Bulgaria. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number pay the price without VAT (reverse charge). Payments are handled by Stripe, which is the merchant of record.
What Mentor Workforce adds
Mentor Workforce is not more of Mentor Guides. It is the difference between being told the right move and having it made.
Advice is the cheap half of any method. The expensive half is the hours after the decision: the draft, the rewrite, the list of thirty ideas worked through one by one, the recording checked against the framework. On Mentor Workforce, your mentors do that half. Agents run multi-step jobs. Document, audio and video reviews run against the method, with the price shown before they start. And through MCP and the command line, your mentors are available inside the tools you already work in.
An hour with an expert can cost €1,000, and it ends with advice. For €29 a month, an agent trained on their method does the work.
How credits work
- Every action costs the same number of credits on every plan. The plan changes only the price of buying credits: the higher the plan, the cheaper they are.
- Included credits arrive every month. Unused ones roll over for one month, then expire.
- Extra credits are paid for up front and never expire. You buy them when you want them.
- They’re used in a fixed order: last month’s rollover first, then this month’s credits, then your extra credits.
- You always see your balance: in the account menu, and in User settings → Plan & credits, with a usage history.
- If you run out mid-thought, nothing is lost. Your message is kept and the app points you to Plan & credits.
Referrals
Each referral adds 3% of your plan’s monthly credits. It counts once the person you invited pays, and it lasts for as long as they stay subscribed. Referrals count up to 3 on Free (+9%), 10 on Mentor Guides (+30%) and 20 on Mentor Workforce (+60%).
Free credits, fairly
A device can receive the free plan’s credits, welcome and monthly, for up to three accounts. After that, new accounts on that device don’t get free credits, but paying still works. We never block networks, so offices and cafés are fine.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and doesn’t refund the period you’ve already paid for. Within 14 days of your first payment you can withdraw instead, and get back what you paid minus the credits you’ve used. Your mentors, your conversations and your purchased credits stay, and you move to the free plan.
Deleting your account
You delete your account from inside the app (User settings → Account → Delete account) and confirm with a code we email you.
- You choose when: now, or at the end of your current billing period. If you choose the end of the period, your account keeps working until then, and you can change your mind with Keep my account. Free accounts are deleted right away.
- No refund for the rest of the billing period. Within 14 days of a first subscription payment or a top-up, withdraw first (see the refund policy).
- Unused credits are lost, including extra credits you bought. Spend them first.
- What stays after deletion: payment records held by Stripe, as tax law requires; money-related usage records that are no longer linked to you; and, only to stop repeat free trials, a scrambled fingerprint of your email address and the device’s free-trial record (it belongs to the device, is shared by all accounts on it, and holds no email address, conversations or mentors).
